Club Rules

Conduct

• Disagree by all means, but respect the opinion of fellow members and keep it good-natured.

• Respect the rules of the venue in which our evenings and outings are held.

• Unless specified as private, you are free to take photographs, circulate content on social media and hashtag away. However, our content may not be used for any commercial purposes without advance permission.

• Conversations between members and between members and guests outside staged events are private and should not be circulated.

• Members are responsible for their guests abiding by the above rules.

Membership & Refunds

• Trouble reserves the right to terminate a membership should a member go against the rules or the spirit of the club.

• We do not offer refunds on membership fees. If you would like to cancel your membership, ensure this is done at least 48 hours before the renewal date listed at checkout and in your confirmation email. You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking here.

• Trouble does not offer refunds for tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. We also do not offer exchanges on free monthly tickets for members.
